What can you send to the editor?
Use the publication address for a source correction, an unclear explanation, a broken reference or a question about our paid relationships. Include the page address, the passage and the official or company source that helps resolve the issue.
Do not send account numbers, identification, tax documents, balances or a proposed trade instruction. The publisher cannot receive investment funds or act on an account. No response-time promise is made.
Where should account questions go?
Contact the institution named on your custodial agreement for an existing account. Contact the relevant dealer about a quote or order. This publication cannot access either party’s systems or confirm the status of a transaction.
The SEC describes the custodian’s administrative role separately from the investor’s evaluation responsibility. [1] For personal tax or investment decisions, use an appropriately qualified professional rather than the editorial mailbox.
