The publisher and the boundary

Self-Directed Gold IRA is an independent guide published by Lead Partner AS in Norway. It explains published rules and records; it does not hold your retirement account or sell you metal.

What is this guide for?

The guide helps US savers understand the self-directed IRA as the account structure for holding eligible physical precious metals. Its starting point is the division of responsibility: the investor decides, the custodian administers the account, the dealer supplies metal and the depository stores it under the arrangement.

We link to opened IRS, statutory and regulator sources, distinguish rules from company conditions and keep dates beside published figures. The guide is educational. It does not select an allocation or assess your personal taxes.

Who edits the pages?

Jan Wirum edits this guide for Lead Partner AS. He is not a financial adviser, tax professional or broker.

The byline identifies editorial responsibility. It is not a professional qualification or evidence of an independent financial review.

Who is the publisher?

Lead Partner AS · Org. 926 580 094 · Norway. The publisher can be checked in the official Brønnøysund business-register entry.

How is the publication paid?

Goldco pays the publisher for qualifying inquiries and purchases. Its first position is a paid placement. Augusta Precious Metals pays for qualifying inquiries and appears second. The comparison is a limited commercial selection rather than a survey of every custodian or dealer.

The full payment disclosure explains the relationships and referral links. The dated partner-fact comparison identifies what is known and what still needs a quote.

How are claims and changes handled?

Rule claims come from sources opened for this edition and registered with an excerpt, source address and access date. Company figures are read from a dated verified dataset, with their original field dates preserved. A missing field remains “Not published.”

Photographs are generated editorial illustrations. They show generic subjects, not partner facilities, customers or actual transactions. Tables and diagrams state their scope; calculations describe only the inputs included.

A reported error or changed source is a reason to review the relevant page. Visible change notes describe the edition. Publication dates do not imply a fresh company verification when the record shows an older checked date.
